Coaches Corner – Athlete & Unified Partner Eligibility- SOILL New Forms 101

SOILL released new forms and paperwork requirements effective June 1. Athletes are now required to use the new Medical Form and Consent Forms. In addition, athletes, Unified Partners, coaches and other Class A volunteers are required to complete some communicable disease specific paperwork. This Coaches Corner will explain the new paperwork and simplify the learning curve so you can easily explain the new paperwork to your athletes and families and also understand exactly what is needed to register all of your participants.
