Mindful Movement with Meg – Summer Yoga Series

This summer, join us for a three part yoga series!

Registration Information

Meg, a certified yoga instructor with CorePower Yoga will lead us through 3 themed classes. Each will be sure to leave you feeling de-stressed, rejuvenated and ready to have your best summer yet! Please have a mat (or be on a soft surface), a towel, and water. Shoes are optional. Each session, one participant will win a Special Olympics Manduka Yoga Mat.

Session 1 – Tuesday, July 13, 12:00pm – 12:30pm

Session 2 – Tuesday, July 27, 12:00pm – 12:30pm

Session 3 – Tuesday, August 10th, 12:00pm – 12:30pm
