Region C Flag Football Skills

Region C is hosting a flag football skills event offering the following skills:

• Run and Catch
• Throwing for Accuracy
• Agility and Speed:  Handoff

Athletes will rotate through each of the 3 skills. Each agency will be grouped with their own agency and coaches will be asked to help with quarterbacking.   We are also asking that each team bring their own footballs (which will travel with your team for the entirety of the event).

IC will be providing their football stadium, the venue will be closed to the public.

This event is non-qualifying. There will be no awards ceremony

Masks must be worn at all times where social distancing is not possible.  Special Olympics will not be providing masks so it is up the agency and athletes to bring their own.  

For safety reasons Special Olympics will not have water on site or provide food of any kind so it is the agencies responsibility to inform athletes to bring their own water, bottle and snacks.

To make sure we abide by the 50 person maximum set by the IDPH, parents and spectators are unfortunately not allowed to attend and only registered athletes and coaches are allowed at the event.
