What is Row 4 Dough?

Support the athletes of SOILL by sweating for a cause Row 4 Dough challenges teams to work together to reach a 5K, half marathon, or full marathon as a team on a row machine or in the water in the shortest amount of time. Rowers can compete as a 5-person team (rowing 13.1 miles), a 10-person team (rowing 26.2 miles), or they can compete individually (rowing a 5K).

Event Details

This years Region G, LETR Row 4 Dough Presented by Tentac Enterprises will be held at The Factory Bloomington-Normal (401 Bronco Dr. Bloomington IL 61704). For this in-person event we ask for participants to form a team of 10 row a full marathon on Saturday, August 10th, 2024.

Registration Opens- 7:30am

Yoga Warm Up- 8:00am (The Yoga Lab will be leading this morning flow)

Athlete Powerlifting Demo- 8:45am

Rowing Begins- 9:00am

Come be apart of this unique and fun event! There will be a vendor village and raffles, DJ Blake will be joining us again blasting some jams and emceeing our event! Lab Coffee will have coffee and acai bowls available in the morning and food truck will be onsite for for lunch. You are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and tents. Fastest Team, Sunken Boat, and Most Spirited Awards will be given out at the completion of the event.
