Region I Row 4 Dough CrossFit Influence

What is Row 4 Dough

Row 4 Dough is an exercise fundraising event benefiting the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois. This event challenges participants to join a team of 10 person team to row a full marathon, 26.2 miles, on a row machine at the Crossfit Influence in Wappella, IL. Pa There is a $50 fee to participate. 100 % of the proceeds benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois Region I.

Participants will take turns rowing on a the row machine and will race to complete a marathon rowing distance. The winning team members will receive the fastest team medals!

After the event participants enjoy snacks and beverages prior to an award presentation. All participants registered receive a Row 4 Dough shirt.
