
Weekend Warrior Workout – Basketball Beast
Join us for our weekend warrior workout!
Athletes, partners, coaches, family members and friends of all abilities are welcome! The workout will feature a warm-up, exercise circuit, cool-down and stretching. Modifications of all exercises will be shown. The theme of the workout is March Madness. Come ready for some basketball inspired strength and cardio moves!
