The Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) at Knox College in Galesburg IL will be providing zoom exercise classes every Tuesday & Thursday in May from 7:00pm – 7:20pm. Details are below. This is a wonderful option for getting your athletes prepared for upcoming in person events. Please share with all of your families & group homes so they can participate!
